What kind of transformation is shown in the figure?

To figure out what kind of transformation is shown below, we’ll need to compare the original, what we started with, to its image, or to what the figure is after it’s been transformed. In this case, you can imagine if you put your finger on the pink dot and then spinning around this point, you will create this image, but a transformation around a point or transformation about a point is called the rotation. This figure was rotated around a point, so we say that it is a rotation.
