Objectives
Students will be able to
- decide whether to measure an activity in seconds, minutes, or hours,
- estimate the length of time it will take to complete an activity in seconds, minutes, or hours,
- recognize equipment to measure time in seconds, minutes, or hours.
Prerequisites
Students should already be familiar with
- the hour and minute hand on an analog clock.
Exclusions
Students will not cover
- telling time,
- elapsed time.
