To answer the question, we can compare the height of each tower. This arrow shows the height of Charlotte’s tower and this arrow shows the height of Mason’s tower.

The pink arrow shows the difference in height between Charlotte and Mason’s tower. And we can see that Charlotte’s tower has three more cubes.

The answer is Charlotte has used the most cubes.
