Objectives
Students will be able to
- identify a pattern as repeating, growing, and/or rotating,
- extend a pattern by finding up to 3 more figures,
- extend a complex pattern of shapes drawn inside each other.
Prerequisites
Students should already be familiar with
- repeating shape patterns,
- growing shape patterns,
- symmetric shape patterns.
Exclusions
Students will not cover
- number patterns,
- algebra.
