Objectives
Students will be able to
- explain why we need food,
- list some fruits and vegetables for a given color,
- classify foods as healthy or unhealthy.
Prerequisites
Students should already be familiar with
- examples of different foods,
- different colors.
Exclusions
Students will not cover
- food groups,
- specific nutrients from food,
- how nutrients are used in the body,
- how food is digested.
