Students should already be familiar with
- how to find the perimeter of a shape given its side lengths,
- the idea that the angles in a triangle add up to ,
- the idea that an isosceles triangle has two equal angles and two equal sides,
- how to use trigonometry to find missing sides and angles of right triangles.
Exclusions
Students will not cover
- the sine rule,
- Heron’s formula.
