Objectives
Students will be able to
- find values of trigonometric functions (sine, cosine, and tangent) of an angle given in degrees or radians using a calculator.
Prerequisites
Students should already be familiar with
- trigonometric ratios,
- converting the measure of angles between degrees; degrees, minutes, and seconds; and radians,
- using a calculator.
Exclusions
Students will not cover
- solving word problems using values of trigonometric functions,
- reciprocal trigonometric functions.
