Lesson: Antiderivatives Mathematics

Students will be able to

• recognize and use notation for antiderivatives,
• understand that the antiderivative is the inverse of the derivative,
• understand that there are an infinite number of antiderivatives to a given function, denoted by the addition of a constant, C,
• find the general form for the antiderivatives of a function,
• find a specific antiderivative of a function (defining the constant, C) when given sufficient boundary conditions.
