What do we know about parallel
lines? Parallel lines are always the same
distance apart and never intersect. If you look at line πΈπΉ, it
intersects line π΄πΆ and line π΅π·. We know that line πΈπΉ cannot be
parallel to line π΄πΆ or line π΅π·.
If we look closely at line π΄πΆ and
line π΅π·, at all points, they are at the same distance from each other. And they never intersect. We can say line π·π΅ and line πΆπ΄
are parallel.
