Students will be able to
- read and interpret bar graphs with a scale of 2,
- read and interpret bar graphs with a scale of 5,
- read and interpret bar graphs with a scale of 10,
- solve simple addition, subtraction, and comparison problems using a bar graph with a scale of 2, 5, or 10.
Prerequisites
Students should already be familiar with
- adding and subtracting whole numbers up to 100,
- reading and interpreting bar graphs with a scale of 1.
Exclusions
Students will not cover
- bar graphs with scales other than 2, 5, or 10,
- graphs other than bar graphs.
