Count the fruits. Which group is the largest?

We need to count each group and then compare them to see which group is the largest. Let’s start by counting the bananas: one, two, three, four, five, six. There are six bananas. Now, let’s count the apples: one, two, three, four, five, six, seven. We have seven apples. Now, we just need to count the oranges: one, two, three, four.

Which of these is the largest group: six bananas, seven apples, or four oranges? It’s the apples. Seven is more than six and more than four. So the apples are the largest group.
