Is the curve open or closed?
A curve is a line which is not
straight which has a start and an end point. So, this line is a curve. We call this kind of curve an open
curve. Open curves have a different start
and end point. We would call this a closed
curve. This is a continuous line which has
the same start and end point. We don’t have to take our pen off
the paper to draw this kind of curve. Is the given curve open or
closed? Our curve has a continuous line
which has the same start and end point, so the curve we’re given is a closed
curve.
