Here, we have a gallon container and a quart container. We can see that the gallon container holds the most. A gallon is the same as four quarts. That means if we wanted to fill a sink with a quart container, we would need four quart containers to make the same as one gallon.
That means we would need four times as many quarts as gallons. So it would take four times longer to fill the sink with quarts. The fastest way to fill a sink would be to use the gallon container.
