In this video, we will show you how to complete an assessment.

To complete an assessment, you must have a student account and be signed in to www.nagwa.com.

Once you’re signed in, click on “Assignments” in the toolbar followed by “Assessments”. Now, you’ll see a list of all of your assessments which include those previously attempted alongside any new ones. You can see the assessment titles, the number of questions submitted, the start and due dates, the duration of the assessment (if this has been set by your teacher), the status of the assessment, and the action of the assessment.

For any new assessments, the status of the assessment will be “New” and the action will be “Start”. To start the assessment, click “Start”. Now, you’ll see the first question for the assessment. Unlike with a worksheet, once you start answering the questions, you won’t receive instant feedback. Instead, you’ll need to input your answers and then click “Save”.

To move onto the next question, either click “Next Question” or click “Q2” in the top right. You can easily jump to any question from the assessment using these question buttons. You can update your answers at any time up until the deadline of the assessment.

Once you’ve finished working on the assessment and have saved all of your answers, click “Submit”. Don’t worry as this will not close the assessment. Once you’ve started answering the questions, the status of the assessment will update to “In Progress” and the action will update to “Continue”. To continue working on the assessment, just click “Continue” and you can finish working through the questions.

Once the assessment deadline is reached, the status will update to “Closed” and a “View Report” link will appear. Click this to see how you’ve done in the assessment.

Alternatively, head to “Reports” in the toolbar and then click “Assessments Reports” and you’ll see a full list of all the completed assessments along with the summary statistics for each assessment. If you would like to see the answers from a particular assessment in more detail, click “View” on the right-hand side.
