Which lines are parallel in the figure?

What do we know about parallel lines? Parallel lines are always the same distance apart and never intersect. If you look at line 𝐸𝐹, it intersects line 𝐴𝐶 and line 𝐵𝐷. We know that line 𝐸𝐹 cannot be parallel to line 𝐴𝐶 or line 𝐵𝐷.

If we look closely at line 𝐴𝐶 and line 𝐵𝐷, at all points, they are at the same distance from each other. And they never intersect. We can say line 𝐷𝐵 and line 𝐶𝐴 are parallel.
