Which is the smallest number from four, 10, zero, eight, and seven?

We could use a number line to help us order the numbers from smallest to largest. First, let’s find number four on the number line. Now, let’s find number 10 and zero, number eight, and number seven.

When we count forward in ones from zero to 10 on a number line, we’re counting from the smallest to the largest number. So the smallest number is zero.

So the smallest number from four, 10, zero, eight, and seven is zero.
