Video Transcript

Match the dice to the number of blocks.

We’re shown an amount of blocks. Let’s count them. One, two, three, four, five, six. Here we have some dice. We have to choose the group of dice that shows six because there are six blocks. There are three dice. And each dice has one dot. One, another one, and another. We’ve only circled three of our blocks.

We know there are six blocks. But there are only three dots on the first row of dice. The second dice have three dots on. Each dice shows three dots. We can make one group of three out of our six blocks and another group of three. We’ve used all the blocks. Three plus three is six.

This is the group of dice that matches the number of blocks. Three plus three is six.
