What is the base in two over three all raised to the fourth power?

In this question, we are given a fraction raised to an exponent and asked to determine which part of the expression is the base. We can do this by recalling that in an expression of the form 𝑏 to the 𝑛th power, 𝑏 is the base of the exponent and 𝑛 is called the power or exponent.

In our case, we can see that we have two-thirds all raised to the fourth power. So, the value of 𝑏 is two-thirds and the value of 𝑛 is four. This means that the base of the expression is two-thirds and the exponent is four.
