equal to five multiplied by five multiplied by five multiplied by five.
The exponent or index tells us how
many fives we need to multiply. If the exponent is three, we need
to multiply three fives. When the exponent is four, we need
to multiply four fives. These two calculations give us
answers of 125 and 625.
