Video Transcript
In this video, we will look at the different information that is recorded in the
Session Usage report.
This Session Usage report can be used to gain a detailed overview of how your
educators are using live sessions along with the combined (and individual)
attendance figures for your students. You can quickly gauge the level to which your educators and students are making use
of the sessions feature and look at detailed information about any particular
session.
To view your session usage report, you must be a portal admin and be logged in to
admins.nagwa.com.
Once you are logged in, under the “Analytics” tab, you will see a number of subtitles
for the different admin reports. Scroll down to “Sessions” and then click on “Session Usage Report”.
The first screen provides an overview of all session data in your portal, including
the total number of sessions, the total number of students invited to those
sessions, and other helpful summary information including the total arranged and
actual time that your students have spent attending portal sessions.
If you scroll across to the right-hand side of the report, you will be able to click
“View” under “View Details” to see specific information about each individual
session. This includes the session titles, the educator leading the session, the session date
and time, various data about the attendees (including the number of students invited
and the number of students who actually attended sessions), and whether images were
used in these sessions.
For specific details about the students who attended a particular session, you can
scroll across to the right-hand side of the report page and click “View” under “View
Attendance”. You will then be able to see a list of all the students who attended a session and
some details about their attendance, including the percentage of time for which they
were in attendance.
