When we’re dividing, we can use an array to help. And as we’re going to divide by two, this tells us that there will be two rows in our array. Here, we have our two rows. And we have to share 14 equally between these two rows.
Let’s share. That’s one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14. Each row has seven. 14 divided by two is seven. To help us find our answer, we draw an array with two rows of seven.
