Identify the three-dimensional figure that the given net makes.

Here’s an example of folding a net. This is what folding a net looks like. So how would we fold this one?

If you folded this net on the pink lines, each of those tabs would fold up. By folding each of the orange lines, you would make the body of a cube.

We also can recognize this as a cube because it has six faces. Not only does it have six faces, but each of the faces are square.

Each square face measures three units by three units. By folding this net, we would make a cube.
