Is a dog a pet? Yes, it is. It would go in the pets group. Is a lion a pet? No, we don’t keep lions as
pets. It belongs in the not pets
group.
Is a giraffe a pet? No, the giraffe belongs in the not
pets group. But a cat? We could keep a cat as a pet. So it belongs in the pets
group.
The animals which belong in the
pets group are a dog and a cat.
