We could use bricks to help us. We will need 10: one, two, three, four, five, six. We need to make 10 using six bricks plus the missing number. So here we have six. How many more do we need to make 10? Now we have seven, eight, nine, 10. So we have six blue bricks and how many orange? One, two, three, four. Six and four makes 10. The missing number is four.
