The heart muscle is made up of what. Is it tissue consisting of cells that have the same function, tissue consisting of cells that have different functions, or other organs?

In order to answer this question, we have to remember that the heart, like all living things, is made up of cells. When cells that have the same function are grouped together, we call this tissue. Some examples of tissue are muscle tissue. The function of muscle tissue is to expand and contract. And we need this to move our muscles. And nervous tissue, the function of nervous tissue is to send electrical signals to the brain. And we need this to think and feel.

You can also see that the tissue looks different depending on the job or function that it has in the body. When different types of tissue are grouped together, we call this an organ. Examples of organs are the brain, the heart, and the lungs. Even the skin is an organ.

So to recap, we have cells. An example of this are heart muscle cells. When cells with the same function are grouped together, we get tissue. An example of this is heart muscle tissue. The function of the cells in heart muscle tissue is to contract and expand. When different types of tissue are grouped together, we call this an organ. An example of an organ is the heart, which pumps blood around our bodies.

So to return to our question, the heart muscle is made up of what? Well, we know that the heart muscle is an example of tissue. And tissue is made up of cells, so other organs is obviously incorrect. We also know that tissue is what you call groups of cells that have the same function. Therefore, the answer must be “The heart muscle is made up of tissue consisting of cells that have the same function.”
