The line graph shows the area of farm land in a country from the year 2001 to 2005. Did the area increase or decrease from 2001 to 2002?
Notice at the bottom we have the years 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005. And then over here, we have the cultivated land in thousands of hectares. So we want to know did the area increase or decrease from the year 2001 to the year 2002.
At 2001, we are here, which is just over 6400. And then in 2002, we are here, just over 6500. So the amount of cultivated land increased. So looking at the line graph, specifically from the year 2001 to 2002, we have an increase.
