We can use multiples of five to estimate the answer 82 divided by five. Think about the missing numbers in the table to answer the questions.

We want to know 82 is closest to blank times five, and then 82 divided by five is about blank. But first, we wanna think about the three missing spots on our table. We see that the top row is a number, and the bottom row is that number times five. 15 times five is going to be five more than 14 times five. 15 times five equals 75, 16 times five equals 80, and 17 times five equals 85.

The first question then says 82 is closest to blank times five. 82 falls between 80 and 85. But 82 is closer to 80 than it is to 85. And that means 82 is closest to 16 times five, which would of course also mean 82 divided by five is about 16. Both missing blanks can be filled in with the number 16.
