Write an inequality which describes the following sentence. The subscription fee is no more than 74 dollars.

When dealing with inequalities, we have four possible situations as shown. The first inequality states that 𝑥 is greater than 𝑎. The second inequality says that 𝑥 is less than 𝑎. The third and fourth inequalities also include the possibility that 𝑥 could be equal to 𝑎. The third one states that 𝑥 is greater than or equal to 𝑎. And the fourth one, 𝑥 is less than or equal to 𝑎.

We are told in this question, the subscription fee is no more than 74 dollars. This means that it could be 74 dollars but cannot be any greater. The subscription fee 𝑥 is therefore less than or equal to 74.
