Write 4000 add 600 add seven in standard form. And then place each of its digits below the corresponding place value in the given place value chart.

So the first thing we have to do is add together 4000 add 600 add seven and write down the answer. Let’s start by adding the ones. Zero plus zero plus seven makes seven. Now, if you move to the left, we can add the tens. Zero plus zero makes zero. So there are no tens in this number.

We move to the left — to the hundreds place. And we add zero and six and write our answer six in the hundreds place. And finally, we move left to the thousands place. There are only 4000. So we write our answer in the thousands place.

So we wrote 4000 add 600 and 7 in standard form and then placed each of the digits in the corresponding place value in the given chart.
