Objectives
Students will be able to
- apply the converse of the Pythagorean theorem to prove whether a triangle has a right angle or not,
- apply the converse of the Pythagorean theorem to solve problems.
Prerequisites
Students should already be familiar with
- applying the Pythagorean theorem in a right triangle to find a missing side.
Exclusions
Students will not cover
- points and triangles in the coordinate plane.
