Lesson Plan: Factorials Mathematics
This lesson plan includes the objectives and exclusions of the lesson teaching students how to find the factorial of any number 𝑛, which is the product of all integers less than or equal to 𝑛 and greater than or equal to one, and we will learn how to find factorials to solve problems.
Objectives
Students will be able to
- evaluate a factorial expression,
- use properties of factorials to simplify and evaluate expressions,
- find solutions to factorial equations.

Students will not cover
- using factorials to count outcomes,
- combinations,
- permutations.
