Objectives
Students will be able to
- solve equations that include radical expressions,
- recall that is always a positive integer when is a perfect square,
- identify extraneous solutions.
Prerequisites
Students should already be familiar with
- solving equations,
- radicals and powers.
Exclusions
Students will not cover
- graphs of radical functions.
