Students will be able to
- explain how wastes are removed through the urinary system,
- describe ways to keep the urinary system healthy.
Prerequisites
Students should already be familiar with
- the main body systems,
- the digestive system,
- veins and arteries,
- circulation and blood,
- the structure of the urinary system.
Exclusions
Students will not cover
- the details of excretory organs other than those in the urinary system,
- food wastes from the digestive system.
