Objectives
Students will be able to
- use the grid method to multiply multi digit numbers by one- and two-digit numbers,
- use the standard written method to multiply multi digit numbers by one and two-digit numbers.
Prerequisites
Students should already be familiar with
- using the grid method to multiply two numbers,
- using the standard written method to multiply two numbers.
Exclusions
Students will not cover
- multiplying by ten,
- multiplying decimal numbers.
