Objectives
Students will be able to
- name pyramids and prisms according to their bases,
- describe 3D shapes using the number of edges, faces, and vertices,
- build models of 3D shapes using their properties.
Prerequisites
Students should already be familiar with
- faces, edges, and vertices of 3D shapes.
Exclusions
Students will not cover
- defining polyhedrons and nonpolyhedrons.
