Lesson Plan: Probability: Certain, Possible, Impossible Mathematics

Objectives
Students will be able to
- describe the likelihood of an event as certain, possible, or impossible,
- say whether an event is more or less likely than another,
- understand what it means for an event to be random.
Exclusions
Students will not cover
- representing probabilities with numbers.
