Prerequisites

Students should already be familiar with

  • making the numbers from 1 to 10,
  • reading and writing numbers up to 20,
  • counting to 20.

Exclusions

Students will not cover

  • modeling numbers other than 11, 12, or 13,
  • number sentences (representing values as additions).
