Objectives

Students will be able to

  • represent data from two-way tables on bar graphs,
  • use a key to identify bars in bar graphs with multiple related bars,
  • interpret data in bar graphs with multiple related bars and answer questions.

Prerequisites

Students should already be familiar with

  • bar graphs displaying one data set,
  • reading bar graphs with unit and nonunit scales.

Exclusions

Students will not cover

  • histograms,
  • line graphs.
