Objectives
Students will be able to
- find the exact trigonometric ratios of angles given in radians using , , and ,
- use the cofunction identities to find the exact values of trigonometric ratios,
- express trigonometric ratios in terms of the angles , , and using the cofunction identities.
Prerequisites
Students should already be familiar with
- exact values of trigonometric ratios for degrees,
- converting between radians and degrees,
- graphs of , , and in radians.
Exclusions
Students will not cover
- reciprocal trigonometric functions,
- transformations of trigonometric graphs,
- solving trigonometric equations.
