Lesson: Separating White Light into Different Colors Science

Students will be able to

• recall that the colors in white light can be split out using a prism,
• recall that different colors of light are deviated by different amounts when passed through a prism,
• recall which colors of light are deviated most and least by prisms,
• recall what is meant by the terms transparent, opaque, and translucent.
