Video Transcript

In this video, we will give you an overview of the Nagwa Engage for Students app.

If you have a student account on Nagwa Portals, you have full access to the Nagwa Engage for Students app, and you can join any Engage sessions that your educators have created!

To get started, head to the App Store or Google Play Store, search for “Nagwa Engage for Students” and download the app.

Once downloaded, you will need to sign in to the app using your student credentials. Once signed in, you’re ready to join your first Nagwa Engage session.

When one of your educators starts a session, it will appear on the home screen of the app with a tag in the top-right corner saying “In Progress”. To join the session, click “Join”.

You’ll then see a note saying that the session is about to start.

Once your educator has sent a question, it will appear on the screen. Carefully read and work out the answer to the question, select your answer, and click “Submit Answer” when you’re ready.

Now, you’ll need to wait until your educator reveals the answer. Once they’ve done so, you’ll see the screen update and it will reveal the correct answer.

If your educator reveals a new question, the screen will update again and the process will repeat.

You can leave the Engage session at any time by clicking “Leave Session”.

Nagwa Engage provides an excellent opportunity to communicate your progress quickly and efficiently with your educator in the midst of a lesson, and it is also a fun way for you to gauge your progress through a topic.
