In this video, we will show you how to edit a class.

In order to edit a class, you must be a portal admin and be signed in to admins.nagwa.com.

First, click on “Edit Class” under “Activities”, or click on “Classes” in the toolbar.

You’ll now see a list of all classes in your portal. Choose the class that you want to edit and click “Edit”. We are gonna edit “Potions”.

Now, you can update the year in which the class belongs, the class code, the title, and the subject of the class. If you update the code, just make sure that the code is formed of 2 to 25 characters, is unique, and doesn’t contain any spaces. We are gonna change the year to “Third Year”, the class code to “1P”, leave the title as it is, and leave the subject as it is. Once you’re happy, click “Save”.

You’ll see a green banner saying “The class was updated successfully.” And you’ll see the updated class in the list of all classes. If an error occurs, the box containing the error will be highlighted red and a note will appear explaining the problem. If this happens, fix the issue and click “Save” again.
