In this video, we will show you how to add a teacher to a class.
To add a teacher to a class, you must be a portal admin and be signed in to admins.nagwa.com.
Under activities, click on “Class/Teacher Linking”.
Providing you have already set up classes in your portal, you will see three options that need to be completed. We want to link a teacher to our “Transfiguration-4” class in “Fourth Year”, so we select “Fourth Year” followed by “Transfiguration-4”. Then click in the box where it says “Choose Teacher” and select the teacher of the class. In this case, I’m going to choose “Professor McGonagall”.
Once you’re happy, click “Save” and you’ll be taken to the home page.
It’s worth noting here that you can only add a single teacher to a class; if a class is co-taught, you can add the co-teacher via “Class/Co-Teachers Linking” which is also found under “Activities”.
If you want to link a teacher to a different class, head back to “Class/Teacher Linking” and repeat the steps again for the new class!
