If you are an admin looking to reset your password, your first step will be to go to
admins.nagwa.com, whereas if you are a portal educator (but not an admin), you will
need to go to educators.nagwa.com. Otherwise, the steps are identical.
Once you have arrived at either admins.nagwa.com for portal admins or
educators.nagwa.com for portal educators, input your e-mail address. Once you have done so, click “Next” followed by “Forgot Password”. Now, you’ll need to input your e-mail address again, for the account that you use to
sign in to the portal, and then click “Reset Password”.
You’ll now receive an e-mail that contains a one-time link from which you can reset
your password. Click “Reset Password” or copy the link from here if you prefer. Enter your new password, confirm it, and then click “Reset Password”. Your password should now be reset.
If you need to reset your password again, repeat the previous steps!
Please note that if any of your students need their passwords reset, this can be done
by either the portal admin or one of the student’s educators by heading to the list
of student accounts and clicking “Reset Password” next to the student who needs
their password reset.
