In this video, we will explain the key features of the report Active Students during Subscription Periods.

This report is one of the analytics tools available to the admins of a portal. It can be found by first logging in to admins.nagwa.com and then navigating to the “Analytics” tab in the menu.

Once you are here, you should be able to see the report in the submenu titled “Students”.

Clicking this takes us to the report. The purpose of this page is to show you how many students were active on your portal during a certain period of time.

Each row of this report represents 1 month, which is the standard recurring subscription period for a Nagwa portal.

The rows are arranged in chronological order, starting with the most recent month. The records go all the way back to the month in which your portal was first created.

The first and second columns of the table show you the start and end dates of the reporting period.

Column 3 shows your active student count. This is the number of individual student accounts that have logged in to the portal during the reporting period.

For each reporting period, you will be able to see exactly which student accounts logged in by clicking the “View” link, which is in the “Students” column on the far right.

For example, let’s get more details on the reporting period that started on (2021-07-26), with (7) active students.

Clicking the “View” button takes us to a page with the students’ details, including the students’ names, codes, and usernames.
