In this video, we will explain how to activate your student account using Fawry
To activate your account, you first need to sign in to www.nagwa.com by entering your
username and password.
Please note that activating your account must be done through the website,
www.nagwa.com. If you try to sign in to Nagwa Study or Nagwa Connect, you will see the error message
“You are unable to sign in. Please go to nagwa.com.”
After signing in, you will be redirected to the payments page where you should see
your current due payments.
After clicking on “Pay Now”, you’ll be directed to another page where you can
generate your Fawry code by clicking on the green box (Generate Fawry Code). A code will be generated, which you can use to pay your invoice through any Fawry
point of sale in your area. The code is valid for 48 hours; if you didn’t pay within that time limit, you’ll need
to generate another Fawry code. Please don’t generate multiple codes, but if this is done by mistake, please use the
latest code that has been generated.
Now, after you’ve generated your own code, go to any Fawry service provider and make
your payment using the service code 788 (Fawry Payments). Please note that EGP 3 will be added to your bill as Fawry administration fees.
After you’ve paid your bill and your account is successfully activated, you can
access your account using www.nagwa.com from any browser or through our mobile
applications, including Nagwa Study and Nagwa Connect for Students.
