Telesales Executive (US Account)

Nagwa is looking to hire skilled sales people who can advise our overseas clients and advocate our products to them to meet their educational needs. You will be part of our diverse sales team, where you can contribute your unique skills and experience to achieving our common goal.


  • Generating leads databases to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs
  • Facilitating sales of all products according to company and client requirements via phone
  • Assisting customers with knowledge of all products and services
  • Administering all customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution within the required guidelines
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands Nagwa’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
  • Preparing all new contracts and handling all incoming calls
  • Ensuring an optimal level of client satisfaction at all times and processing all orders via phone or e-mail
  • Providing quality customer service via phone or e-mail, including relating information and answering questions regarding products and services, billing, collections, and any other types of inquiries
  • Demonstrating full understanding of current marketing and sales campaigns and offers and communicating them clearly to customers at every sales opportunity
  • This position is a night-shift based position according to the US time zone (working hours from 3:00 PM till 11:00 PM).

Qualifications and Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in sales
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Demonstrated experience in managing customers
  • Experience with digital education portals, technology, and software preferred
