In order to increase sustainable proven value for both our customers and Nagwa, the Senior Customer Success Specialist will ensure customer retention by making sure they are satisfied with the products and services they receive. Furthermore, they shall address their concerns, inquiries and suggestions in order to achieve a fluent communication and a strengthened business relationship.
- Provide product support service to customers, whether on-premises, over the phone, or over the internet.
- Develop and maintain a smooth and strong relationship with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
- Address customer’s complaints, suggestions and requests.
- Provide customer training and education on company product and services, whether on-premises, over the phone, or over the internet.
- Contract renewals.
- Develop and implement a well-planned customer on-boarding program.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent command of English.
